A Day at the Coast

The morning started at the water. The harbour was quiet — just the sound of rope against mast and gulls picking over the tide line. I took a few frames before anyone else was about.

By mid-morning the town had woken up, and the square filled with the weekly market. This is the part I always look forward to: a dozen stalls crammed into one narrow street, each one louder and more colourful than the last. I could have spent the whole day here.
